Call for Paper

Department of Economics-Patan Multiple Campus (DECON PMC) is delighted to announce First International Conference “New Emerging Dynamics on Development” for promoting innovation and investment for stability and economic growth.

 

FICE 2024 aims to provide academic platform to the leading social scientists, economists, policy makers and business executives, scholars and students of economics for presenting empirical and theoretical scientific papers for sharing their discovery of new scientific knowledge for discussion and further policy and business implications.

The conference will have several thematic sessions, several high level panel and key speeches of eminent professors, high level policy makers and planners and top officials of the government over 2 days. Besides, the opening session will be highly energetic and ambient.  Furthermore, the closing session will be forward looking.

We call for a scientific paper from national and international social scientists, economists, policy makers, business executives, scholars and students of economics working on theoretical and empirical issues of economics particularly investment, trade, green economy and development issues.  We welcome scientific papers on these themes of this broad areas as follows below.

We publish the submitted papers in the conference proceedings and the selected best papers will be published in the peer review journal, Economic Journal of Development issues.

Notification of acceptance: Nov 15, 2023

Full paper submission: Dec 15, 2023

Author Notification: Dec 20, 2023

Registration: Jan 15, 2024

Camera-ready papers: Feb 15, 2024

Instructions for Submission

1. Submission procedure: to submit extended abstract through www.pmcecodtu.edu.np or by email fice2024@pmcecodtu.edu.np by Nov 1, 2023.by Nov 1, 2023. The abstract should cover above themes with max. 1,500 words (title, author name, affiliation, email, abstract (300 words), 5 keywords, methods and new discovery and its contribution. However, works published elsewhere can be presentable but they are not eligible for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
2. Conference secretariat will acknowledge and forward decision.
3. Author should register in the conference. Registration fee: 3000 NPR for student’s paper, 5000 NPR for individual paper and 10000 NPR for institutional paper. Please visit website.
4. Scientific committee of the conference will take rigorously review to reach out decision of acceptance or rejection on abstract and paper.  The accepted abstract will be called for full length paper of maximum 8 pages: eligible for proceedings (opt-in), cover novel works or works previously not published and not under review elsewhere
5. The scientific committee instructs all scholars to submit the extended abstract of their paper to avoid duality of the submission if submitted in different places simultaneously.
6. The scientific committee considers those papers prepared in accordance with the international standard format.
